Brit Showcase at Havana Film Festival

Paul Dugdale's Havana Moon - on screen in Havana this month

British Council continues its relationship with the Havana Film Festival by supporting the screening of six titles this year.

The programme features two docs looking at the Rolling Stones’ recent Latin American tour, including the concert film Havana Moon by Brit director Paul Dugdale (who will attend) recording the band’s first-ever performance in Cuba; as well as The Rolling Stones Ola Ola Ola A Trip Across Latin America.

The festival will also screen Ken Loach’s Palme d’Or winner I, Daniel Blake and the documentary about his career Versus: The Life and Films of Ken Loach, as well as Andrea Arnold’s latest American Honey and Terence Davies’ A Quiet Passion.
