We're on the hunt for a cracking Co-ordinator to help keep the Film Team in order.
We're excited to be hiring a Film Team Co-ordinator, to support all aspects of the work of the Film team for the coming year, from our head office in Central London. Could it be you?
The first point of contact for film and other media sector professionals, your main responsibilities will include working as a project assistant on a number of discrete projects over the year; processing contracts; keeping our finance in shape by creating and processing purchase orders and invoices; organising travel and visas; preparing guest lists and making arrangements for internal and external events; managing our contacts database and other aspects of record keeping and evaluation; handling external queries; and some diary management for the team.
You will generally liaise with the eight members of the Film team as we carry out a broad range of programmes designed to showcase the best of UK Film to international audiences and explore oppportunities for exchange between the UK film community and international counterparts. You'll also assist with our departmental comms including taking an active role in our social media profile and contributing web content alongside the rest of the team.
This is a busy team with a full programme. We are looking for someone who understands great admin, who is a systems whizz – and whose idea of a good time is a night at the movies. If this is you we'd love to hear from you!
Salary is £19,564-£24,271 plus a London allowance of £3,500 – and benefits include excellent pension scheme and 32 days annual leave.
