At the UK Film Centre in Cannes during May 2016, British Council's Film team hosted a panel with global film festival experts offering sage advice about how producers and directors should plan their film's international film festival strategy.
A festival dream team consisting of Cameron Bailey from Toronto, Wieland Speck from Berlinale Panorama, Marit van den Elshout from Rotterdam CineMart, John Nein from Sundance, and Kathleen McInnis from both Toronto and See-Through Films, joined us for the event, presented in partnership with the BFI.
