The Tribeca Film Festival kicks off its 15th edition tonight in New York City with a whopping 22 UK productions and co-productions across its line-up.

There are a number of high-profile world premieres including:

Adult Life Skills by Rachel Tunnard (read her Spotlight)
The Banksy Job by Ian Roderick Gray and Dylan Harvey
Detour by Christopher Smith
Don’t Look Down by Daniel Gordon
Keep Quiet by Sam Blair and Joseph Martin
Madly a short film anthology
Special Correspondents by Ricky Gervais
Tiger Raid by Simon Dixon

Other screenings include Ben Wheatley’s High-Rise, Matthew Brown’s The Man Who Knew Infinity, John Dower’s My Scientology Movie, and Benedikt Erlingsson’s The Show of Shows: 100 Year Of Vaudeville, Circuses and Carnivals.

The Tribeca Tune In TV section also presents the US premiere of Susanne Bier’s hit BBC show The Night Manager.

Multi-media and interactive offerings include the bomb; Notes On Blindness: Into Darkness; 6x9: An Immersive Experience of Solitary Confinement; and The Turning Forest.

Shorts playing at Tribeca are Balcony, Let’s Dance: Bowie Down Under, The Scarecrow, Shok and Shooting An Elephant.
