Synopsis

The story of the biggest rolling rock party in history. In 1970, a train crossed Canada carrying some of the greatest rock acts of all time - The Grateful Dead, Janis Joplin, The Band, and others, lived (and partied) together for five days, stopping in major cities to play concerts. Their journey was filmed.
 
The Festival Express artists have sold tens of millions of albums all over the world. Audiences everywhere have come to know and love music films such as 'Monterey Pop', 'Woodstock' and 'The Last Waltz'.
