When female homicide detective Mike Hoolihan is called to investigate the shooting of leading astrophysicist and black hole expert, Jennifer Rockwell, she is affected in ways she struggles to comprehend.
A neo-noir detective story and a metaphysical mystery revolving around contemporary Atlanta and the mysteries of the universe, in which Mike’s quest for the truth destabilizes her view of the world, and herself.
