Synopsis

Arriving in England from America in search of her father, Courtney Francis, a young, insecure woman, finds her hopes of being able to start a new life with him in pieces when she discovers he has long since started a new family. Without care she runs away and soon finds herself lost in the deserted back streets of London where she is immediately in danger as two muggers attack her.

She escapes them and finds refuge hiding in a large rundown hotel. Here she is offered accommodation if she works to pay the rent and with seemingly no more choices she resigns herself to living there. But soon Jenny Stein, a charismatic professional woman, arrives to collect debts from the hotel. The two become close and decide that the solution to their lives' problems is to steal drug money from a sleazy character, Carl Wilson, who is at the hotel for one night. However, the two women quickly find this plan leads them into great trouble and Courtney realises that her only way to escape is to overcome her fears and return to the hotel's haunted room.

The story is haunting and thrilling. Courtney goes through a dangerous journey in discovering her self-worth.
