This opportunity is only open to filmmakers based in ODA eligible countries.
More information about the submission waiver fund:
- Approximately 100 fee waivers for filmmakers from ODA countries will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Filmmakers will be required to demonstrate they are resident in an ODA eligible country.
- Being a recipient of a submission waiver does not guarantee a place in the festival programme.
